Before our October 2024 nine-night Mediterranean cruise on the Norwegian Viva would depart from Ravenna, Italy, we spent a few nights in Venice. Every time we boarded a water taxi in Venice, we both had to be careful not to hit our heads on the low ceilings of the boats. As I’m six feet tall, it was more of a problem for me than Maria.
