Located on Deck 3 of the Celebrity Beyond, the Martini Bar is not only the best place for a Martini on the ship, but it’s also home to a lot of entertainment at night. In episode 66 of the vlog from our March 2023 cruise on the Celebrity Beyond, we’re in the middle of a tour around the ship, and we stop at the Martini Bar for a few minutes.

The Normandie Restaurant On The Celebrity Beyond
In the afternoon of our port stop to Philipsburg, St. Maarten, in March 2023 on the Celebrity Beyond, the ship’s restaurants were not in use. Most of the passengers were off doing other things, and the crew still had a few hours before the start of the dinner rush. In episode 65 of the vlog from this cruise, we used this downtime as an opportunity to walk through the Normandie Restaurant on Deck 3.

Dining In Style: The Tuscan Restaurant On The Celebrity Beyond
On the Celebrity Beyond, dinner is served in a variety of restaurants as the ship does not have a main dining room like many mass-market cruise ships. The Caribbean island of Sint Maarten is featured on the itineraries of many cruise lines, and Celebrity Cruises is no exception. While the ships always dock on the Dutch side of the island, there are shore excursions that will take you to the French side. In episode 49 of the vlog from our March 2023 cruise on the Celebrity Beyond, we’re getting started on a long shore excursion that will tour Simpson Bay by boat and then the French side of the island by bus.

The Oceanview Cafe on the Celebrity Beyond, the ship’s buffet, is absolutely the best cruise ship buffet we’ve ever experienced, which is a bold statement. Stateroom View Of The Ocean
Our March 2023 cruise on the Celebrity Beyond was our first cruise with Celebrity and also our first cruise with an infinite view balcony. While the new type of balcony was interesting and, at times, had its advantages, we’ll likely stick with the traditional ocean-view balconies for future cruises.

On the Celebrity Beyond, one of the most relaxing places to sit and have a drink might be the bar in Eden, at the back of the ship on Decks 5 and 6. Cruising from South Florida in the spring is very popular, as we saw on the Celebrity Beyond in March 2023. Our second day of the cruise was a beautiful sea day, and the cruise director was leading some dance classes by the pool while we walked around on Deck 15.

On day number two of our seven-night cruise on the Celebrity Beyond in March 2023, we’re up on Deck 16 on the port side of the ship overlooking the pool on Deck 14. The cruise director is leading a dance class by the pool while many of the passengers are either lying out in the sun or enjoying other aspects of the pool area.

The Magic Carpet
During our 7-night cruise on the Celebrity Beyond in March of 2023, the Magic Carpet was a feature of the ship that we were curious about but ultimately spent little time on. As shown in episode 25 of the vlog from that cruise, when the Magic Carpet is on Deck 16, it’s a great place to sit and have a drink with a view of the ocean.

Dancing By The Pool
On our second day on the Celebrity Beyond in March of 2023, the pool deck is alive with dancing lessons from the Cruise Director. In episode 24 of the vlog from our 7-night cruise on the Beyond, it was around lunchtime, and we happened to arrive in the pool area when the cruise director was about to teach the passengers how to dance to a specific type of Latin music.

Mast Grill
The weather was perfect on our second day on the Celebrity Beyond in March of 2023, and the pool deck was very busy. We stopped by the Mast Grill for a moment to record some vlog footage, and the burgers on the grill were extremely tempting.

Solarium Juice Bar
On our second day of a seven-day cruise on the Celebrity Beyond, we stopped by the Solarium in the late morning, right before the lunch options were available in the Solarium Juice Bar. We returned a while later and were pleasantly surprised by the selection of salads. They had a great variety of fresh ingredients, and the presentation was top-notch.

Morning Pastries
During our March 2023 cruise on the Celebrity Beyond, our morning ritual was a visit to Cafe al Bacio on Deck 4 in the Grand Plaza. Not only did they make an excellent latte and cappuccino, but the selection of pastries on display in the morning was always on point.

Oceanview Cafe Breakfast
On our first morning on the Celebrity Beyond in March 2023, we visited the impressive Oceanview Cafe for breakfast. Because the buffet was so crowded that morning, we did not record any video of the food, that will come in a later vlog episode. Each time we visited the buffet, we were utterly impressed with the selection of food and the incredible attention to detail by the crew members.

2nd Day Of The Cruise
During our cruise on the Celebrity Beyond in March of 2023, one of the unique features of our stateroom was the motorized window that created a balcony overlooking the ocean. On the morning of our second day on the ship, this unusual balcony was the perfect setting to record a quick video with an update on our cruise to that point.

Follow The Leader
The Martini Bar on the Celebrity Beyond is the destination for fantastic nightly entertainment. The atmosphere is alive, and the drinks are top-notch. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and have some fun after a long day of exploring a port of call or the ship itself. During our cruise on the Celebrity Beyond in March 2023, the Dj played several great songs for the crowd, including Follow The Leader by The Soca Boys feat. Van B. King.

Bartender Show
We had a fantastic time on our Celebrity Beyond cruise in March 2023. The bartenders at the Martini bar are seriously talented. They put on a show with their incredible skills every night, mixing and shaking up the most delicious cocktails. Their show for the passengers was so much fun to watch and definitely added to the overall experience of the cruise.

Theatre & World Class Bar
During our March 2023 cruise on the Celebrity Beyond, we had a few occasions to watch a show in the theatre at the front of the ship on decks 3, 4, and 5. The performances were truly unique, and the theatre itself was very spacious and comfortable, with great views of the stage from any seat. We also spent some time at the World Class Bar on deck 5. Their drink menu features some very elaborate drink recipes.

The Club
The Club on the Celebrity Beyond is an exceptional nightclub on a cruise ship. During our March 2023 cruise on the Beyond, we visited the Club several times, including the Bug Naked trivia with Captain Kate.

Activities Manager
During our cruise on the Celebrity Beyond in March 2023, we met Kyle, the Activities Manager. This was one of the few cruises where I can remember meeting or seeing the Activities Manager, let alone remembering his name or getting any video of him. During the cruise, we ran into Kyle and Luigi, the Cruise Director, on numerous occasions, sometimes while they were filming their next show for Celebrity TV.

Sweet Treats At Cafe al Bacio
On the evening of embarkation day on the Celebrity Beyond in March 2023, we stopped by Cafe Al Bacio on Deck 4 and were very impressed with their selection of snacks and desserts. They’ve got you covered whether you’re in the mood for something sweet or savory. The cafe’s atmosphere is also friendly and cozy; since it’s just up from the Martini Bar on Deck 3, you can enjoy a Dj or live band in the evening.

80s Music In The Grand Plaza
On our first night on the Celebrity Beyond in March 2023, we discovered the magic that is the Martini Bar on deck 3. We would realize throughout the cruise that each night would require at least one visit to this area of the ship for a perfectly made chocolate martini and some entertainment from either a band or a Dj. On this first visit to the Martini Bar, the Dj was playing a nice selection of music from the 80s. However, because Youtube can be the most irritating platform on the internet, any popular music is quickly flagged, so…I had to keep the music level to a minimum in this video. My apologies.

Dinner In Tuscan Restaurant
We had dinner in the Tucson restaurant on the evening of our embarkation aboard the new Celebrity Beyond in March 2023. The culinary offerings were exceptional, and the ambiance was delightful. When planning the cruise, we settled on two of the seven nights in the Tucson restaurant for dinner, and after the first meal, we were pleased with our choice.

Motorized Balcony Window
We sailed on the Celebrity Beyond in March 2023 on a 7-night eastern Caribbean cruise and I must say, the motorized window on the infinite veranda stateroom was quite impressive. It adds a touch of luxury to an already stunning room. It’s a unique feature that really sets this ship apart from others.

Leaving Port Everglades
Our adventure began in March 2023 when we embarked on the Celebrity Beyond cruise ship from Port Everglades. At first sight, the ship was awe-inspiring, and we couldn’t wait to explore its extensive features. The days were busy and filled with endless possibilities – from exploring the ship or port of call to indulging in a variety of culinary delights at various restaurants, there was never a dull moment. Overall, our trip on the Celebrity Beyond was an unforgettable experience that we will always cherish. The ship’s amenities, combined with the warm hospitality of the crew, made for a truly exceptional vacation.

Attempting A Youtube Livestream
On embarkation day on the Celebrity Beyond in March 2023, I attempted a YouTube livestream before the sail away, but unfortunately, the internet connection on the ship wasn’t very good. Despite my efforts to troubleshoot, the stream kept buffering and the video quality was poor. Once I noticed the ship was moving, I decided to stop the stream. I tried a livestream a few other times during the cruise but the connection during the cruise was nonexistent.

For our March 2023 cruise on the Celebrity Beyond, our captain was none other than the famous Captain Kate McCue. In episode 7 of the vlog from the cruise, Captain Kate is giving an announcement as the ship is about to depart from Port Everglades in Ft. Lauderdale Florida.

Lauderdale Florida for a 7-night eastern Caribbean cruise with stops in Sint Maarten, St. Thomas U.S.V.I., and Puerta Plata Dominican Republic. In this first episode, we make our way through the terminal and onto deck 5 of the ship before crossing through the Grand Plaza for the first time.
